CANCELATION POLICY

Albert Amin maintains a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge.

LATE POLICY

Your appointment may have to be rescheduled as a courtesy to our next client if you arrive late

NO SHOW POLICY

In the event of a no show, we will charge the client 50% of the amount of the appointment(s).

SERVICE POLICY

If you are unhappy with your hair color or haircut you’ve received and need an adjustment please let us know within ONE week. Any inquiries after one week from the original appointment will not be considered for a redo.

HAIR EXTENSIONS POLICY

We guarantee very high quality hair extensions. All of the Hair Extensions that purchased and installed through Albert Amin are not subject to replacement or refund. All sales and installations are final. NO REFUNDS on already purchased and installed hair extensions.

Due to this policy, we may require a deposit of 25% in order to reserve your appointment, depending on the amount of time required for your service
